Intact Solutions Group LLC

Don is a Managing Director of Intact Solutions Group LLC joining the firm as a partner in July 2016.  In January 2020 Don took over full ownership of Intact.  Don has extensive knowledge in the financial needs of an organization having served as the CFO for three public companies.  His experience spans from liquidating a company in bankruptcy and serving as the CFO for another company from the IPO through $3 billion in capital raises.  Prior to joining Intact, Don was the CFO for Realty Finance Trust Inc., American Finance Trust and Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc.  Don has more than 30 years of experience in banking and financial services including fifteen years working directly with mortgage REITs.  He began his career with SunTrust Banks, Inc. in 1986 where he held various progressive accounting and internal audit positions over 13 years.  In 1999, he joined GE Capital Corporation as banking controller and progressed to hold several executive level positions for banks owned by the company.  In 2005, he joined HomeBanc Corporation and eventually served as acting CEO and CFO.  Don received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.
